I visited and analyzed the Laurenskerk. I took pictures, listened and observed. I also collected colors and sketches.

We came to the theme we wanted to focus on, which was audio.

We got together with the group and made the division of tasks and a plan of who is going to do what.

Wedsnesday 30-09-2020
I started with the setup and layout of the presentation. I bundled all the process and made a visual presentation.

During the week we continue to communicate about the progress of the process and to give each other feedback on the individual tasks.

Thursday 08-10-2020
We have decided to continue the project together. Only Andreea will continue individually. I have discussed with Renske that we want to make an animation about the architecture of the church by means of a timeline. Investigate the history of how the church has changed over the years. I also got feedback from Yin Yin.

Wednesday 14-10-2020
I visited the church again and read the two guest books in their entirety. I selected sentences and included them in my environment with different people. I have edited and sequenced the sounds in Premiere. Then I sent them to Esmee so that she could upload the final movie on YouTube.

Thought about the next steps. Investigated the female role within the church. Made a sketch for a poster to show at the feedback moment with yin yin. However, we dropped this idea to go in a different direction.

Approached several people in my area to get in touch with people visiting the Laurenskerk. I visited a couple of people and encouraged them to fill in the survey. I also contacted the church whether they would like to send it in the newsletter or to mail it to the Sunday service visitors.

Based on the test results I collected several encouraging messages and made the idea of the tea bags visually to receive feedback on Thursday from gabriel.

Did research of the contact moment in the church. Why is this so important and how do the churches deal with it?

I placed the last results on hotglue and made a visual example of the ‘contact tea bag’.

The other group members sent me their notes and images which I collected in Hotglue. I also made the other Hotglue pages and did a little research about ways of mapping.

We meet at the church for specifing our ideas and working on them. We collected notes and sounds.

I put the notes and sketch I made on analyses

Wednesday 30-09-2020
Renske made the illustrator file for our motion poster and I connected the illustration to the sounds in after effects. I also recorded some sounds that we missed and downloaded the songs that where played in the church. I sent everything to Andreea for her to finish the animation

Thursday 01-10-2020
Andreea couldn't finish the animation, so I worked out the final steps and put the video on youtube. After that I updated hotglue with the video and a little explination.

Thursday 08-10-2020
I answered the questions that are important for the final assignment and made a conclusion on the points that are most interesting for me.
I made a little sketch with addings to our map from last week and I put some inspiration images with it. I also got feedback from Yin Yin.

Wednesday 14-10-2020
Renske sent me her new illustrations of the different stages of the church through the years and some small notes to make an animated timeline. I created this timeline in After effects and added the last mapping to it, changing the sound. At the end of the day I was done with the new mapping and placed Jonna's recorded sounds with it, to finish the final mapping.
